Tips & Tricks:

The screw shouldn't loosen with use. If it is, please make sure to tighten the screw as much as you can! We like to place our fingertips in the divots for the best grip, one side in each hand, and twist. (Some users have reported better results when asking a partner to tighten it for them.)

The guard release button is meant to be pressed in before you slide it.

Cleaning:

A good rule of thumb is to clean your cutter free of any lint each time you replace the blade (or after cutting lots of fabric!) At this time, you could add a drop or two of machine oil around the ball-bearings to keep things rolling smoothly!
