Holiday Season: During the holiday season, we extend our return window from November to mid-January to accommodate gift purchases.

Refunds

Warranty Information
Famoré warranties products from defective workmanship and materials as long as you own them. Misuse and abuse of the item will be excluded from this warranty.
If a product is believed to be defective, Famoré will cover the cost of shipping to our facility for inspection. If our evaluation confirms a defect covered under warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced at no cost, including return shipping. However, if no defect is found, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility.
